Got Asthma? Could This Be Your Real Asthma Problem?

December 8th, 2009

its my OPINION that if you do not drink at least half your bodyweight in oz of water ( a 200lb person would drink one hundred oz. Now, do not go and drink some tap or bottled water because that water isnt structured right and I’ve seen that cause folk to become worse. There’s just one sort of water in the world that has been scientifically proved to enhance hydration on a cellular level. If you have never heard about white tea it wouldn’t be at all surprising. Actually, it has only in the near past been introduced to the US and the western world generally as it has principally been cultivated and seen thru China and the remainder of Pacific Rim for centuries. While it might not be as common as other sorts of tea, this is just as it isn’t widely distributed. Better than Green or Black So why is white tea better than green or black tea? For a start it helps you to consume more antioxidant properties than the green or black tea varieties while also consuming less caffeine. Additionally, it has been found to prevent the predecessor to bowel cancer. All this is important proof for scientists and analysts today. While more research is still required, the proof for advantages of white tea is clear. Whether or not this can transliterate into normal regular consumption isn’t known, but progress is being made. What if this works for you too? If I had asthma, I’d do the same I do now and drink half of my body weight in oz. of water a day. I weigh 250lbs, so I drink 125 oz. of water a day.
